How the partnership works

From application to the first request

  1. Apply

    Send the form below with the company, the market and the license number.

  2. Verification

    Kingsley Home Group confirms the license, the general liability coverage and the references.

  3. Agreement

    The company signs a partner agreement. There is no franchise fee and nothing is paid upfront.

  4. Receiving requests

    Estimate requests from the market go to the partner, with a seat in the Kingsley CRM at no cost. A fee applies only to jobs the partner wins.

Requirements

What a partner needs

License
An active contractor license in the state, and city where required, for the trade.
Insurance
General liability coverage, confirmed before the company joins.
References
References and prior work that can be checked before the company joins.
Capacity
The ability to visit, quote and schedule work across the service area of the market.
