Privacy policy

Who we are

Kingsley Home Group runs kingsleyhomegroup.com and advertises on Facebook and Instagram. It is the parent company of Kingsley Home Remodel and works with independent licensed Arizona builders. In this policy, "we" means Kingsley Home Group.

What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site, or a lead form in one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, city, and your answers about the project, such as the type of work, budget range, timing and whether you own the home.

Meta tells us which ad and form you responded to. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, to call, text or email you about your project, to schedule a design consultation or estimate, and to pass your request to the builder serving your area.

We also use it to keep records of requests and to measure which of our ads lead to consultations.

Who we share it with

We share your request with the company that will contact you about the work: Kingsley Home Remodel or one of our independent building partners, Aria Builders LLC, PEAC Construction Services LLC or Superstition Mtn Construction LLC.

We also use service providers that host our website and customer records and send our calls, texts and emails. They may use your information only to provide those services to us. We disclose information when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not give your phone number or email to anyone for their own marketing.

Calls and texts

If you agree when you submit a form, we and the builder serving your area may call and text you about your request, including with automated technology. Agreeing is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to handle your request and keep our business records, then delete it or remove what identifies you.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Send your request through our contact page. To stop texts, reply STOP.

Children

This site and our ads are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date.
